Hello everyone, we’re the Hartono Family. We just welcomed our newest member to the Hartono Family at PIK Hospital with Dr. Robby. Our experience was truly amazing—everything was handled so well.
The room was nice, the doctor was truly excellent, and the hospital facilities were top-notch. Finally, the nurses were also available 24 hours a day in case we needed anything. Everything was truly great—I personally feel completely satisfied here.
I brought my two older children with me, and they were happy too. They asked, “Mom, are you sure you want to go home now?” Because they still wanted to stay here for a little while longer. Thank you, everyone.
