How to register with a specialist doctor at RSPIK?
There are three ways to register with RSPIK:
- Call at the number 0215880911
- Whatsapp chat at the number 0215880911
- The myRSPIK application, which can be downloaded through Playstore or Appstore.
Are there visiting hours at RSPIK?
RSPIK has the following visiting hour regulations:
- Every day from 17.00 to 19.00
- Visitors must report to the security officer on each floor of care
- Maximum of 2 visitors for patients in private rooms for a maximum of 30 minutes, and maximum of 1 visitor for patients in shared rooms for a maximum of 15 minutes
- Visitors must be in good health (no fever, cough, cold) and have received the Covid-19 vaccine
- Not applicable for children under 12 years old
What are the requirements for inpatient admission?
Every patient who will be admitted as an inpatient must:
- Have a letter of admission from a specialist doctor
- Undergo a Covid screening examination according to the doctor's instructions
- Bring an ID card or other personal identification for registration
- Bring an insurance card, if available
How to handle patient medical record requests or insurance claim forms?
- Patients or their families can come directly to the medical record department on the second floor during working days from 08.00 to 16.00.
- Patient medical records are confidential, so any request for medical record documents or insurance claim forms must be accompanied by a signed authorization letter to disclose medical information to third parties. For child patients, parents can represent them.
