- Visit the patient at the appropriate visiting time provided
- Visiting hours 17.00 – 19.00
- Visitors must report to security officers on each maintenance floor
- Patients who are treated in a separate room, a maximum of 2 visitors and a maximum visiting time of 30 minutes while for other rooms a maximum of 1 visitor with a visiting time of 15 minutes
- Visitors must get the Covid-19 vaccination and follow the health protocol
- Visitors must be in good health (no fever, cough and runny nose)
- Not valid for children aged 12 year old
- It is prohibited to install private CCTV in patient rooms, take pictures in the form of photos or videos without the permission of doctor and health worker.
- Keep quiet in the area
- Smoking or drinking alcoholic beverages is prohibited in the hospital environment.
- Patients must bring:
- KTP of the patient, specifically for the patient giving birth, KTP of the patient and the patient's husband
- Insurance card, if available and sufficient funds, both cash and credit card
- The results of previous examinations
- Medications that are being taken
- General equipment for inpatients (HP charger, enough change of clothes)
- Complete the cost of care before leaving the hospital.
- It is forbidden to bring bedding items such as pillows, mattresses, mats, blankets into the patient's room.
- It is forbidden to carry or use electronic goods for personal use in the form of electric fans, electric stoves, rice cookers, etc. which have the potential to cause a fire.
- It is forbidden to carry sharp weapons or firearms throughout the hospital service area.
- Wash hands before and after visiting patients.
