Every September, the Geriatric Gymnastics Club celebrates a birthday as a reminder of the establishment of the Gymnastics Club. In addition to geriatric exercises, members also receive and share information about health.

This time the celebration was held on September 16 2022 at lobby 5 of the Pantai Indah Kapuk Hospital. The event was attended by Prof. Dr. Yuda Turana, Sp.S as the initiator of the establishment of the Geriatric Gymnastics Club and was present to give a speech by Dr. Silvanus Chakra Puspita, MARS as the Main Director of RSPIK. The Seniors were happy to participate in the events and competitions that were held. The purpose of this competition is to improve memory so that the quality of life of seniors will improve.
