GATHERING OF PREGNANT WOMEN

Maintaining health during pregnancy is an important thing for parents to do until the baby is born. Pregnant women's nutrition, physical and mental health must also be a concern. Apart from that, it is also important to pay attention to the baby's development through regular check-ups with an obstetrician. One of the examinations carried out is through a 4D ultrasound examination. USD 4D can determine the condition of the fetus so that the doctor can take further action if the ultrasound examination finds problems or abnormalities in the baby. Parents can also find out the gender and see the baby's activities while in the womb.
On this occasion, RSPIK held a Gathering activity specifically for pregnant women by providing information on maintaining the health of babies in the womb and the importance of breast milk massage to facilitate breast milk production. Presented by dr. Ade Irawan, Sp. O.G. M. Kes, a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology accompanied by the RSPIK Midwife Team. The event took place on September 23rsd, 2023 on the 1st Floor Auditorium at Pantai Indah Kapuk Hospital. The pregnant women took part in couple yoga exercises, then a sharing session followed by a 4D ultrasound trial and breast milk massage practice.
This event aims to invite pregnant women and their families together to realize the importance of paying attention to the health of their babies from the time they are in the womb until the baby is born. Starting from couple yoga exercises for bonding between mother and baby, then regular check-ups with a specialist Obstetrics & Gynecology doctor and exclusive breastfeeding by learning good and correct breast milk massage techniques.
